Moms, I see you. You give, do, save, soothe, juggle, sacrifice, and mediate, and you are running on empty. You put yourself last and only dream about self-care. You are burned out and depleted, and it’s about time for a timeout.

You don’t realize that you need this, so I am telling you now that you absolutely do.

This timeout is necessary for you to remember that you are, first and foremost, a human being and a woman. This timeout is for you to take time out for yourself. It’s about time to start receiving, being, allowing, and believing in others’ resiliency and resourcefulness. When we take care of ourselves and tend to ourselves like the human beings that we are, we become better moms.

Your worth as a mom is not measured by sacrificing to depletion, being chronically exhausted, getting 3 hours of sleep a night, or having your calendar completely booked with your kids’ activities. Being a great mom is about balance, modeling relaxation, enjoying, knowing when to take breaks, and taking time for yourself, and it is about teaching your kids that we are all human beings first.

If you have no idea who you are without your title as “mom”, then this timeout is for you.

You are way more than a mom. You are a divine human woman.

At this event, rest, restore, and rejuvenate with some laughter, discussion, journaling, meditation, and introspection. We will take time for ourselves to reconnect with our authentic joy and happiness, and explore simple ways to incorporate this into our daily lives. We will bond over our common struggles of being a mom, discuss our fears and concerns, and learn how to find balance and implement boundaries. This event will primarily provide you with practical and effective practices, skills, and mindset tools rooted in the science of positive psychology so that you can thrive in beingness, motherhood, and balance. This timeout can provide lasting positive effects on your sanity and wellbeing.

Come on over, take your shoes off, and enjoy a fizzy beverage, or feel free to bring a beverage of your choice.
