Calling all parents who like to move while they learn.

Ever thought it would be fun to NOT sit and talk?

Get some fresh air in the outdoors and walk with me while we tackle your biggest parenting challenges.

Move your body while you process scenarios, integrate new ideas, and unload your burdens.

Works just like a traditional coaching session, except that we walk while we talk.

We’ll walk at a mutually agreed upon location (i.e., Mandeville lakefront, Downtown Covington, Madisonville riverfront, etc.).

Why walking?

Moving your body can sometimes facilitate moving out old or unhelpful ideas and beliefs, and inspire fresh perspectives.

Movement has been associated with helping the brain process with more clarity, much like doing a task that doesn’t require a lot of conscious effort, such as cleaning, showering, or doodling. We are able to occupy a part of the mind with movement so that we can digest other important information.

Plus, we can all agree that there are countless benefits of walking for the mind and body. So, why not?
